The seminars are addressed to everyone who face the issue of digital copyright in educational settings, in particular to professors, teachers, teaching assistants, and librarians of USI and of other educational institutions.
Goal of the seminars is to present the basics of Swiss copyright and a simple methodology to solve real cases that can be faced in educational settings; the second seminar will be entirely devoted to answering the participants’ questions on the issue. Both seminars will be in English.

DICE at the “Wissenschaftlichen BibliothekarInnen und Social Media” Conference

The DICE project and methodology was presented at the “Wissenschaftlichen BibliothekarInnen und Social Media” Conference on Friday 15th of June. The event took place at the University of Zurich (Campus Irchel) and was organized by the IG WBS (Interessengruppe Wissenschaftlicher Bibliothekarinnen und Bibliothekare der Schweiz) and the AG IK (Arbeitsgruppe Informationskompetenz).

April 2-3, 2012, Murten/Morat:

DICE at the Eduhub days

DICE was at the eduhub days 2012, the national meeting of the Swiss eLearning academic community, which took place in Murten/Morat on April 2-3, 2012.

The DICE team proposed a Learning Café Lungo, a 40-minutes workshop where the DICE methodology and tools will be presented through an interactive exercise where participants will have to solve a case related to digital copyrights in education.
